Terms and Conditions
1. When you book, a prompt
£50 is required for each week. This secures your booking. Please ensure that you include this with your booking form. Alternatively, if you book by phone this should be with us within 3 days. This deposit is
non-refundable.
2. Cheques and postal orders should be made payable to Mrs
D. Leslie and the envelope clearly addressed to : -2
Eustace Road,
Bulkington, Bedworth,
Warwickshire, CV12 9RG
3. On receiving your deposit payment a receipt will be returned. This will confirm your booking dates and show the remaining balance. The final due date for this remaining balance will show on your receipt and will be 8 weeks before commencement of holiday, however, no further reminder other than the original receipt will be sent. This remaining balance should be sent as soon as possible before the 8 week deadline. Should your payment not reach us by the due date we reserve the right to re-let the caravan.
5. Please ensure that you complete the booking form accurately, as failure to do so could result in you forfeiting your holiday.
CONDITIONS OF HIRE - (combined park rules)
1. We regret that we are unable to accept bookings from :-
a) Groups of single sex. b) Groups under 21 years of age.
2. Haven's Caister is a family holiday parks and anyone whose unreasonable conduct causes a nuisance to any other persons on the parks will be asked to leave.
3. In order for us to clean and check the caravans, departures must be made before 10am on the day of departure. Arrivals see below.
4. The caravan must be left in a clean and tidy condition. The hirer is responsible for all members of the party and must make good any losses, breakage, or damage done to the caravan or its contents during their stay.
5. Should accommodation booked become unavailable due to circumstances beyond our control a full refund will be given.
Changes to Bookings
Should the situation arise that you wish to change your holiday booking (subject to availability) or to add extra members to your party an administration charge of £15 will be required.
HOLIDAY CANCELLATION
We recommend holiday insurance from your local broker, to cover personal luggage, personal money, holiday cancellation, personal and public liability etc.
Conditions - In the case of any dispute our decision is final.
Please note we do not own the caravan site and therefore cannot accept liability for alterations to the facilities from those advertised.
Note: Please, remember to take your own bed linen (or Haven hire) & toiletries .
